My daughters loved making these when they were kids. We sometimes used English muffins instead of biscuits. Bell peppers, onions, and any other favorite can be added. Use your imagination and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces biscuits
  • 10 ounces pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

How To Make peppy mini pizza pies

  • Step 1
    Brown and drain ground beef. Rinse ground beef with warm water to remove some of the grease. Drain again.
  • Step 2
    Heat oven to 400.
  • Step 3
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  • Step 4
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  • Step 5
    Press or roll each biscuit to 5" circle. Make an indention in the biscuit to resemble pizza crust.
  • Step 6
    Spread 2 tablespoons sauce just to edges of each pizza crust.
  • Step 7
    Top with pepperoni, ground beef and cheeses.
  • Step 8
    Bake at 400 from 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Step 9
    Remove from cookie sheet.
  • Step 10
    Refrigerate leftovers.
