  • 1 Tbsp
    coarsely ground pepper
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2.5 lb
    top sirloin steak

How to Make Peppered Beef Top Sirloin Steak Master Recipe

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the pepper, garlic, salt, horseradish and olive oil; rub onto surface of steak.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, 30-60 minutes.
  3. Heat broiler; broil steak 5" from heat until medium-rare (11-13 minutes per side) or until internal temperature reaches 145-150 on instant read thermometer.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes; slice half of steak across grain 1/4" thick.
  5. Serve immediately.
