Peppered Beef Top Sirloin Steak Master Recipe
coarsely ground pepper
1Combine the pepper, garlic, salt, horseradish and olive oil; rub onto surface of steak.
2Refrigerate, covered, 30-60 minutes.
3Heat broiler; broil steak 5" from heat until medium-rare (11-13 minutes per side) or until internal temperature reaches 145-150 on instant read thermometer.
4Let stand 5 minutes; slice half of steak across grain 1/4" thick.
