pepper steak and potatoes
This is a nice all-in-one meal that uses the microwave to help get it on the table quickly. If you can't find garlic pepper, use 1 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and pepper.

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 pound sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 - bell pepper, cut into thin strips
How To Make pepper steak and potatoes

Step 1Put potatoes and water in a large microwave-safe bowl.

Step 2Microwave on HIGH 6-10 minutes or until tender.

Step 3While potatoes are cooking toss beef with garlic and heat oil in skillet over high heat.

Step 4Add beef to skillet and cook, tossing, for 3 minutes.

Step 5Remove beef.

Step 6Add green pepper to skillet; toss 3 minutes.

Step 7Add potatoes; sauté 5 minutes or until browned.

Step 8Add beef; toss until heated through.

Step 9Season with salt as needed.
