Ingredients

  • - 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin tip, cut in 1/4" thick slices
  • - 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • - 1 clove garlic, minced
  • - 2 tbsp. oil
  • - 1 cup hot water
  • - 1 t. instant beef bouillon granules
  • - 1 medium green pepper
  • - 1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
  • - 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • - 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • - hot cooked noodles

How To Make pepper steak

  • Step 1
    Cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is browned in hot oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 t. salt and dash pepper.
  • Step 2
    Add hot water and bouillon, cover, simmer until meat is almost tender, 30 to 35 minutes
  • Step 3
    Slice green pepper into rings. Add green pepper and tomatoes to meat. Cook 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Blend cornstarch, soy and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir into meat mixture. Cook and stir until thick. Serve over noodles. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
