1Brown meat slowly in hot oil. I cook meat for a long time. I add a little water as needed. I like the meat to be good and tender. Add onion and garlic last few minutes.
2Season with salt and pepper. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add to meat. Cover; simmer till almost tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
3Add tomatoes and green pepper; cook 10 minutes longer. Combine cornstarch, cold water, soy sauce; stir into meat mixture. Bring to boiling; cook and stir 5 minutes longer. Remove garlic. Serve with hot noodles or rice. Enjoy!!
