How To Make pepper stake

Step 1

Slice into thin strips and simmer meat in broth 1 hour

Step 2

Add pepper and soy sause simmer 5 min
Step 3

Mix milk and cornstarch slowly add to broth until thick
Step 4

Serve over rice
