1 - green pepper
1 can beef broth
- soy sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cornstarch

How To Make pepper stake

Step 1

Cut meat in thin strips cutting off fat. Simmer meat in broth 1 hour

Step 2

Add pepper and soy sauce simmer 5 min
Step 3

Mix milk and cornstarch slowly add to broth until thick
Step 4

serve over rice
