i found a couple steaks in freezer with no date or what kind of steak it was so decided to make this...

Ingredients
- 2 - steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, light
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 large green bell pepper,cut in thin slices
- 1 large red bell pepper,cut in thin slices
- 1 medium yellow onion,chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic pieces
- 1 teaspoon ssoul seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried celery flakes
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - dried chives
How To Make pepper beef

Step 1put oil and margarine in lg fry pan. heat over med high heat add onions and all the bell peppers, cook and stir 6-8 min add garlic cook 2 more min

Step 2mix flour with all dry spices[soul seasoning,celery flakes]... add liquid smoke to milk mix milk and flour together set aside

Step 3take steaks and cut into very thin slices... turn veggies onto high heat...add steak strips cook and stir and get browned good... remove meat/veggies onto plate... leave bits an pieces in bottom of pan...add heavy cream cook and stir and reduce by 1/2... then add milk/flour and cook stirring non stop til if boils...turn heat to low add meat and veggies cook and stir til all hot....... serve this over mashed potatoes,rice,or noodles
