Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    *deer burger, hamburger, or 1 quart of canned meat, (drained) & cooked
  • 1/2 medium
    onion, cut in slivers
  • 1 small
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 2 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make PEGGI'S SLOPPY JOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onions & peppers in oil. Add cooked meat & remaining ingredients. Stirring, continue cooking on low. When well mixed, place lid on skillet & simmer on low, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
  2. Serve on HAMBURGER BUNS PEGGI'S HAMBURGER BUNS, HOT ROLLS, LOAF BREAD while still warm. Serve with BAKED BEANS.
