1 lb*deer burger, hamburger, or 1 quart of canned meat, (drained) & cooked
1/2 mediumonion, cut in slivers
1 smallbell pepper, chopped
2 Tbspcanola oil
1/2 cbrown sugar
1 Tbspprepared mustard
2 dash(es)worcestershire sauce
·salt to taste
How to Make PEGGI'S SLOPPY JOES
- Saute onions & peppers in oil. Add cooked meat & remaining ingredients. Stirring, continue cooking on low. When well mixed, place lid on skillet & simmer on low, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
- *I use deerburger or canned deer meat.
