- 2 pounds raw stew meat (venison, beef, bison)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1-2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
- 1 cup water

Step 1Mix in cooking pot, cover and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. If using a crock pot use half of the water.
