I got this out of my power bill, they have a POWER RECIPE each month. This one is by T. Morton of Attalla Al. It is so good, great with some bread sticks

Ingredients For pasta e fagioli

1 boxhamburger helper, italian shells & cheese

1 1/2 lbground round or ground beef
-
1 smonion , diced
-
1 candiced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, & oregano
-
1 cangreat northern beans
-
4 cwater
How To Make pasta e fagioli

1Brown meat and onions in large pot. Drain when done and return back to pot. Add, water, shells, season packet( from hamburger helper),tomatoes and beans.

2Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and cook until shells are tender and sauce thickens.If you want the sauce thinner just add more water
