parmesan shrimp over steak
We love Applebee's. My favorite thing on the menu is shrimp and Parmesan Steaks. But it is kind of spendy so We made our own and It is pretty close to rivaling there's.

Ingredients
- 1 package shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half (half and half makes it creamier)
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1/2 package uncooked shrimp
- 2 - steaks (we use rib eye)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
How To Make parmesan shrimp over steak

Step 1Season Steaks to liking and grill to preferred doneness.

Step 2In a frying pan, If using tail on, remove the shells. Saute shrimp until lightly brown on both sides.

Step 3In a sauce pan, mix half the salt & pepper, Cajan and creole seasoning with the Parmesan and half & half. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.

Step 4Place on Steak on the plate, Cover with shrimp and add the sauce over it. Any side will go with it. Serve, and enjoy.
