Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    cubed beef
  • 2
    potato, quarted
  • 2
    carrots, quarted
  • 1/2
    pkg onion soup
  • 1/2
    can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2
    can of cream of celery soup
  • 1/2
    can tomato sauce
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 c
    water
  • ·
    add any stew veggies you like, i add celery and mushrooms

How to Make Park City Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. I like to put the meat on the bottom, top with veggies and then mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat and veggies in a dutch oven.
  2. cover tightly and bake at 250 for 6-8 hours
