Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef 80/20
- 3 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup pancetta ( or bacon) chopped up
- 1/4 - milk

Step 1Mix all ingredients together ( gently)

Step 2mold onto a lined cookie sheet

Step 3drizzle with ketchup and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. let cool...slice...serving suggestions garlic mashed potatoes and veggies...oh and don't forget the gravy...YUM
