Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    ground beef 80/20
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    pancetta ( or bacon) chopped up
  • 1/4
    milk

How to Make Pancetta Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together ( gently)
  2. mold onto a lined cookie sheet
  3. drizzle with ketchup and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
    let cool...slice...serving suggestions garlic mashed potatoes and veggies...oh and don't forget the gravy...YUM
