Pam's Favorite Lamb and/or Beef Marinade
1/2 csalad oil
1/3 csoy sauce
1/4 clemon juice, fresh
3 Tbspprepared mustard (yes, the yellow kind)
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/4 tspground pepper
1 to 2 tspsugar (optional)
How to Make Pam's Favorite Lamb and/or Beef Marinade
- Mix all ingredients together and place into large zippered storage bag or non-reactive (glass or plastic) container large enough to hold your meat. Add meat and marinate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium /high and grill meat to desired doneness.
- This is great for seasoning a butterflied leg of lamb to grill, or to marinate your beef cubes for luscious kabobs.
