2 tsp
sea salt (optional)
2 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
fresh ground pepper
2 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
chipotle chili powder
6-8 clove
garlic, minced
1 large
yellow onion, finely chopped
2 c
red cabbage chopped
1/4 c
coconut milk
1 tsp
hot pepper sauce
2/3 c
almond meal
2
egg, beaten
3 lb
lean ground beef
1 c
unsweetened barbecue sauce (optional), ketchup or tomato sauce

How to Make PALEO MEAT LOAF (GFCF)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2Combine all ingredients except ground beef and BBQ sauce in a large bowl, and mix.
  • 3When well blended, add ground beef and combine together with a fork.
  • 4Place mixture into 2 non-greased loaf pans or shape into 2 loaves on a non-greased baking pan.
  • 5Pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  • 6Bake, uncovered, for 75-85 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160° F is reached (or until there is no pink in the center).
  • 7Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
