overnight roast...cin
This is yet another recipe from one of my Rural Arkansas Magazines. I usually flour, salt, pepper and then brown the roast in some bacon drippings before baking it....may not be necessary, but that's just me (the way we like it).

Ingredients
- 4 pounds roast
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water (use empty soup can and stir, to rince of any remaining soup)
How To Make overnight roast...cin

Step 1Preheat oven to 200°F. Mix together onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water. Put roast in a roasting pan (or your Dutch Oven) and pour soup mixture over top of roast.....cover with foil. Cook overnight for at least 6 hours. Take out of oven, slice.
