2 lbbeef stew chunks
5-6small to medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
5carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch rounds
1 can(s)10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkgbrown gravy mix
1 pkglipton beefy onion soup mix
1 can(s)4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Oven Style Beef Stew
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a 13 x 9 baking dish, add your potato chunks followed by the carrots. Place your beef stew chunks on top of your veggies. Make sure you have them spread out enough to cover.
- In a small bowl, mix together your soup, gravy mix, soup mix, and water. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture over meat and veggies.
- Add can of mushrooms on top. Stir until coated. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over top. Stir until combined. Cover with aluminium foil. Place in oven and bake for 3 hours.
