There's nothing more satisfying than the taste of freshly barbequed beef on a grill. Here's a recipe for those days when you cannot use your outdoor grill. Its easy! I've made this many times! This recipe was posted on the Internet by a cook named Annieamie. The photo is my own.

Ingredients
- 2 large pieces boneless sirloin roast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
How To Make oven-smoked steak

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Add all of the dry spices together in a bowl and mix.

Step 3Sprinkle the entire roast with the dry seasonings, rubbing them well into the meat.

Step 4Place the beef into a baking pan.

Step 5Sprinkle the liquid smoke over the meat.

Step 6Cover the pan completely with foil and place in oven for 60 minutes.

Step 7Remove foil and bake for 15 to 30 minutes, (depending on how rare you prefer your beef) and allow the top to brown.

Step 8Remove beef from oven, cover and let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 9Slice against the grain and serve.
