Ingredients
- 1 - beef brisket
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make oven brisket

Step 1Cut slits in brisket. Place in dish and pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over it. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Let it marinade overnight in the refrigerator. To cook: Take out and set till room temperature. Place in 250 degree oven and bake covered for 4-6 hours. till tender.

Step 2sauce: Spread on top last two hours of cooking: 1/4 cup chili sauce and 1 cup of bbq sauce mixed together.
