1Cut slits in brisket. Place in dish and pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over it. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Let it marinade overnight in the refrigerator. To cook: Take out and set till room temperature. Place in 250 degree oven and bake covered for 4-6 hours. till tender.
2sauce: Spread on top last two hours of cooking:
1/4 cup chili sauce and 1 cup of bbq sauce mixed together.
