Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean stew beef in 1 inch cubes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 package dry leek soup mix
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 - onion, cut into pieces
- 5 medium baking potatoes, peeled, cut into eighths
- 8 - carrots, peeled and halved crosswise
- 2 cups broccoli florets
How To Make oven beef stew

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In 5 quart dutch oven, combine beef, undiluted soup, dry soup mix, wine and onion.

Step 3Mix well.

Step 4Top with potato pieces and carrots, mixing in slightly. Cover and bake 2 hours.

Step 5Stir in broccoli, cover and bake 15 minutes.

Step 6Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
