Oven Beef Stew

3 lb
lean stew beef in 1 inch cubes
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1/2 pkg
dry leek soup mix
1 c
dry red wine
onion, cut into pieces
5 medium
baking potatoes, peeled, cut into eighths
carrots, peeled and halved crosswise
2 c
broccoli florets


1Preheat oven to 350.
2In 5 quart dutch oven, combine beef, undiluted soup, dry soup mix, wine and onion.
3Mix well.
4Top with potato pieces and carrots, mixing in slightly. Cover and bake 2 hours.
5Stir in broccoli, cover and bake 15 minutes.
6Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
