oven bbq brisket
My husband loves this tender and spicy brisket. We prefer our pulled brisket to be dripping with spices and sauce. This is definitely dripping with yummy goodness.

How To Make oven bbq brisket
-
Step 1Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
-
Step 2Trim excess fat from the brisket and place in a rectangular baking pan.
-
Step 3Mix the next 9 ingredients and rub onto the meat. Add the liquid smoke flavoring and worcestershire sauce over the top of the brisket. Adjust the amount of the spices, liquid smoke flavoring, and worcestershire sauce to your taste.
-
Step 4Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 8 hours. Remove from the oven and pull beef in the baking pan to keep all the spices and juices mixed together. Remove any unwanted fat and discard after pulling meat. I find it easy to pull the meat using two forks to avoid burning my fingers. Add the Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce and KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce and place foil back on pan and return to oven at 275 degrees for another 1 hour. Remove from oven and enjoy.
