- 2 pounds beef short ribs
- 1/2 cup burgundy wine
- 8 ounces tomato sauce, can
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
How To Make oven barbecued short ribs

Step 1Trim some fat from short ribs, rub hot skillet with it.

Step 2Brown ribs slowly on all sides; drain off fat.

Step 3Combine all other ingredients; pour over ribs and cover tightly.

Step 4Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is deliciously tender.
