oven baked steak fajitas

Fajitas made simple. You won't regret making this, and you will more than likely double the meat like I did! Prefer pork? No problem. Chicken? That works too. You will make these often once you taste them!

Ingredients For oven baked steak fajitas

  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    flank steak, cut into strips
  • 14 1/2 oz
    diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 1
    onion
  • 10
    flour tortillas

How To Make oven baked steak fajitas

    In 9x13 combine oil, chili powder, cumin and salt. Add steak, sliced peppers and onions.Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min, uncovered. Serve wrapped in warm tortillas. Can use chicken or pork instead of steak.

    Note: I double the meat, and used ground round. Also only used 1 tomatoes with chilies, and 1 tomato sauce to keep it from being so hot.
