Was playing around with a new kind of hamburg and created this. The toppings are on the inside. Its all the rage now, but oh well. This is my version. Enjoy!!!

2 lb
lean ground beef
4 Tbsp
italian dressing
1/4 c
italian bread crumbs
2 slice
cooked, chopped bacon
1/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp
minced onion

How to Make Outside in Burgers


  • 1In large bowl, mix together the beef, the dressing, minced onion and the bread crumbs. Mix with hands. Split the meat into four equal sized balls
  • 2Take one of the balls of meat and split the ball in half. Place in the middle, 2 pieces of bacon and a pinch of shredded cheese. Close ball and flatten out, pinching the edges together, to seal things in. Since these are so thick, put a thumb dent in the middle to keep from changing size.
  • 3Preheat George Foreman Grill. Place hamburgers on for 6 minutes. OR

    Cook for at least 20 minutes, to be sure they are cooked all the way through.
