our family's favorite meatloaf
A family favorite and most requested for Sunday Dinners. The combination of beef, veal and pork make for a very tasty meal. The seasonings will leave you asking for more helpings of this. IF and that's a big IF there is any leftover, try making some Meatloaf Sandwiches. Put a little Coleslaw on top and then add your bun. You can use hamburger bun or just regular loaf bread for sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
How To Make our family's favorite meatloaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

Step 2In large bowl, combine beef, veal, pork and bread cubes; mix well. In another large bowl, combine milk, egg and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour milk mixture into beef mixture; mix well.

Step 3In small bowl, combine onion, salt, pepper, mustard, sage, celery salt and garlic salt; mix well. Stir into meat mixture.

Step 4Form mixture into loaf pan; drizzle with ketchup. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
