I make this quite often for company and I NEVER have left overs. People not only go back for seconds, but thirds too. It's very simple and tastes like you really worked hard. I pair this with my Sesame-Ginger Rice that is also posted here. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
flank steak
1/4 c
green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp
sesame seed, toasted
3/4 c
barbeque sauce
1
garlic clove, minced
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 tsp
ground ginger

How to Make Oriental Grilled Flank Steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Score steak on both sides.
  • 2Place in a ziploc gal. bag and pour combined ingredients over steak.
  • 3Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight, turning once.
  • 4Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. Pre-heat grill to med-high.
  • 5Grill 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Slice diagonally on the grain, into 1/4" thick strips. Serve over Sesame Ginger Rice.
