Ingredients For oriental spicy orange beef

1 lbbeef flank or round steak

2 Tbspcorn oil

1/4 corange peel, grated

1 canclove garlic, minced

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 cbeef broth
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/2 cdry sherry
-
1/4 corange peel, slivered

1/2 tspcrushed dried red pepper

1/3 cmarmalade
How To Make oriental spicy orange beef

1In Wok heat oil to medium heat and add meat 1/3 at a time.

2Stir fry 3 minutes or until browned.

3Return all beef to wok and add: peel, garlic and ginger.

4Stir fry 1 minute.

5Stir together: corn starch, beef broth, soy sauce, sherry, marmalade and pepper.

6Stir into beef.

7Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.

8Boil 1 minute.

9Serve over rice.
