Ingredients
- 1 pound beef flank or round steak
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1/4 cup orange peel, grated
- 1 can clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup orange peel, slivered
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
- 1/3 cup marmalade
How To Make oriental spicy orange beef

Step 1In Wok heat oil to medium heat and add meat 1/3 at a time.

Step 2Stir fry 3 minutes or until browned.

Step 3Return all beef to wok and add: peel, garlic and ginger.

Step 4Stir fry 1 minute.

Step 5Stir together: corn starch, beef broth, soy sauce, sherry, marmalade and pepper.

Step 7Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
