oriental beef bites

These tender beef bites are so yummy alone or you could serve them w/ rice, which is what I do sometimes. Sometimes I serve them in lettuce cups as a nice lunch.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 - minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili garlic sauce, found in the asian aisle in the market.
- 1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup lite teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
How To Make oriental beef bites

Step 1In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, green onion, garlic, hoisin sauce and chili sauce. Add beef cubes to sauce and toss to coat. Cover, marinate 10 mins.

Step 2Heat broiler. Place oven rack 6" from heat. Line a baking sheet w/ foil and lightly spray w/ cooking spray. Spread beef cubes onto baking sheet.

Step 3Bake until beef is no longer pink, but not charred, about 10 mins. Transfer beef to bowl and toss w/ teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds.
