1 Tbsp
cornstarch
coarse-ground salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 lb
broccoli florets, broken into small pieces

red bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed, cut into strips

MIX TOGETHER:

1/4 c
fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar
1 Tbsp
shoyu (soy sauce)
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
