Ingredients
- 1 pound round steak, cut into 2" strips (**note: you can substitute london broil or sirloin steak if you like)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- - coarse-ground salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound broccoli florets, broken into small pieces
- 1 - red bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed, cut into strips
- MIX TOGETHER:
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
How To Make orange beef stir fry

Step 1Cut pepper into strips, broccoli into florets. Set aside. Cut meat into strips.

Step 2Squeeze orange juice, mix with vinegar, shoyu and brown sugar. Set aside.

Step 3In a medium bowl, toss beef with cornstarch, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add oil and half the meat. Cook until very brown, remove to plate. Add remaining meat and cook till brown. Return all meat to skillet. Add broccoli, bell peppers and orange juice mixture.

Step 5Continue cooking over med-high heat until sauce thickens, 3-4 minutes. Serve over rice.
