How to Make Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwiches
- Preheat broiler
- Cut baguette in half, lengthwise & toast in Toaster Oven for 3 minutes.
- Place toasted bread on baking sheet. Spread on mustard, then add onion, tomato, roast beef and provolone cheese. Season with Salt & Pepper.
- Broil for 1-3 minutes, 6 inches from the heat source until the cheese begins to bubble & turn brown.
