deli-sliced roast beef
8 slice
provolone cheese
2 small
baguettes or hoagie buns
1
tomato, thinly sliced
4 slice
red onion, thinly sliced
deli mustard with horseradish
salt & pepper

How to Make Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat broiler
  • 2Cut baguette in half, lengthwise & toast in Toaster Oven for 3 minutes.
  • 3Place toasted bread on baking sheet. Spread on mustard, then add onion, tomato, roast beef and provolone cheese. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  • 4Broil for 1-3 minutes, 6 inches from the heat source until the cheese begins to bubble & turn brown.
