Ingredients

  • 1 pound deli-sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 small baguettes or hoagie buns
  • 1 - tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices red onion, thinly sliced
  • - deli mustard with horseradish
  • - salt & pepper

How To Make open-faced roast beef sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Preheat broiler
  • Step 2
    Cut baguette in half, lengthwise & toast in Toaster Oven for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Place toasted bread on baking sheet. Spread on mustard, then add onion, tomato, roast beef and provolone cheese. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  • Step 4
    Broil for 1-3 minutes, 6 inches from the heat source until the cheese begins to bubble & turn brown.
