    deli-sliced roast beef
  • 8 slice
    provolone cheese
  • 2 small
    baguettes or hoagie buns
  • 1
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 slice
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • ·
    deli mustard with horseradish
  • ·
    salt & pepper

How to Make Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwiches


  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Cut baguette in half, lengthwise & toast in Toaster Oven for 3 minutes.
  3. Place toasted bread on baking sheet. Spread on mustard, then add onion, tomato, roast beef and provolone cheese. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  4. Broil for 1-3 minutes, 6 inches from the heat source until the cheese begins to bubble & turn brown.
