Open-Faced Grilled Steak Sandwich

me and my Sister find this recipe years ago ,and made it.very good

1 1/2 lb
flank steak
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1 1/4 tsp
3/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
crushed peppercorn melange(black,white,green,pink peppercorn mix)
1/2 c
sour cream
4 tsp
perpared horseradish
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsey
2 tsp
white vinegar
1 pkg
(6oz) arugula leaves (crushed)
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 box
gralic texas toast


1prepare grill for direct-heat cooking or position broiler rack so that meat on rack in pan is 4 inches from heat source,preheat broiler.
2in bowl combine seasoning,salt,garlic powder and peppercorns. In another bowl mix sour cream,horseradish,parsley,vinegar and 1/4 tsp seasoning mixture refrigerate
3stir oil into remaining seasoning mixture until blended with fork,rub both side of the steak with remaining seasoned-oil mixture.Grill or broil turning once 7 to 8 mins per side for medium-rare. let stand 10mins before slicing. grill or heat toast according to package directions, Top each piece of toast with arugula,steak slices and sauce
4i think we left off the arugula cause couldn't find it ,but was still good
