me and my Sister find this recipe years ago ,and made it.very good

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed peppercorn melange(black,white,green,pink peppercorn mix)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons perpared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsey
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 package (6oz) arugula leaves (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 box gralic texas toast

How To Make open-faced grilled steak sandwich

  • Step 1
    prepare grill for direct-heat cooking or position broiler rack so that meat on rack in pan is 4 inches from heat source,preheat broiler.
  • Step 2
    in bowl combine seasoning,salt,garlic powder and peppercorns. In another bowl mix sour cream,horseradish,parsley,vinegar and 1/4 tsp seasoning mixture refrigerate
  • Step 3
    stir oil into remaining seasoning mixture until blended with fork,rub both side of the steak with remaining seasoned-oil mixture.Grill or broil turning once 7 to 8 mins per side for medium-rare. let stand 10mins before slicing. grill or heat toast according to package directions, Top each piece of toast with arugula,steak slices and sauce

    i think we left off the arugula cause couldn't find it ,but was still good
