Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed peppercorn melange(black,white,green,pink peppercorn mix)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 teaspoons perpared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsey
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 package (6oz) arugula leaves (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 box gralic texas toast

Step 1prepare grill for direct-heat cooking or position broiler rack so that meat on rack in pan is 4 inches from heat source,preheat broiler.

Step 2in bowl combine seasoning,salt,garlic powder and peppercorns. In another bowl mix sour cream,horseradish,parsley,vinegar and 1/4 tsp seasoning mixture refrigerate

Step 3stir oil into remaining seasoning mixture until blended with fork,rub both side of the steak with remaining seasoned-oil mixture.Grill or broil turning once 7 to 8 mins per side for medium-rare. let stand 10mins before slicing. grill or heat toast according to package directions, Top each piece of toast with arugula,steak slices and sauce
