  • 1 Tbsp
  • 8 oz
  • 1 c
    diced onion
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    salt and smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz
    mini penne pasta
  • 4 c
    beef broth
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley

How to Make One Pot Hamburger Stroganoff


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic cook 1 minute. Add the beef and season with salt, paprika and pepper and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until pasta in al dente. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
