Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 cup diced onion
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt and smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 12 ounces mini penne pasta
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How To Make one pot hamburger stroganoff

Step 1Heat oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic cook 1 minute. Add the beef and season with salt, paprika and pepper and cook until no longer pink.

Step 2Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until pasta in al dente. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
