A great, juicy and flavorful burger.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The chorizo added to the burger meat adds a great smoky flavor. The burgers alone rocks. Add the toppings and the chipotle mayo, these burgers are amazing! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine beef, chorizo, salt & pepper, and onion and mix together in a bowl.
  2. Divide mixture into four large patties or 8 smaller patties.
