Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (I prefer 80/20) can use chuck, round, sirloin
- 1/2 pound chorizo (Mexican sausage, mild or medium)
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 4 slices colby jack cheese (or shredded)
- - sliced tomato
- - lettuce leaves
- 8 slices bacon, fried
- - chipotle mayo
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make one killer burger

Step 1Combine beef, chorizo, salt & pepper, and onion and mix together in a bowl.

Step 2Divide mixture into four large patties or 8 smaller patties.

Step 3Grill to your liking. I cook mine to a internal temp of 155 degrees. Top with cheese right before transferring to a platter.

Step 4Dress buns with chipotle mayo. Place pattie, then bacon, and top with tomato and lettuce.
