(1 RATING)
I wanted a hamburger and my husband wanted mexican food. So we came up with this recipe as a compromise. It was delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck

- - pico de gallo
- - guacamole dip (store bought)
- - shredded lettuce
- - mayonnaise
- - hamburger buns
How To Make ole' burgers
-
Step 1Mix together the ground meat and taco seasoning. I think it's better to let it sit in the fridge covered for at least an hour for the flavors to marry, but it's o.k. if you don't. Form into patties.
-
Step 2Grill burgers to your desired doneness. Top with cheese to melt.
-
Step 3Serve on a toasted bun. Dress with remaining ingredients. Even add some of your own.
