Inspired to me by another recipe on here. I used what I had and came out with something different, but good.

Ingredients For okie roast beef sandwiches

  • 4 lb
    lean beef chuck roast
  • 12 Ounce bottle
    heineken beer
  • 1 box
    onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 oz) can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    roasted garlic
  • 1/8 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 1/2 c
    beef broth

How To Make okie roast beef sandwiches

    Blend your Onion Soup Mix, Mushroom Soup, 1/2 Cup Beef Broth, Roasted Garlic, and Parmesan together.

    Once it is blended; add it to a sauce pan and let it simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Place your Roast, 1 Can of Beef Broth, Beer, and Gravy Mixture into Crock Pot.

    Cook on low heat in the crock pot for 4 to 6 hours until tender.

    When done, remove the meat and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

    Slice the meat diagonally and then return it to the juices for another 20 minutes.
