My grandma would make this chili and everyone loved it. I hope you do too! This isn't a spicy chili so if you like your chili with a kick you can always add jalapenos.

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds ground beef or ground chuck depending on how meaty you like your chili
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped in small chunks
- 1 large onion chopped in small chunks
- 1 package chili powder
- 1 - jar of chili sauce any brand will do
- 1 - can of of chili beans or kidney beans drained
- 2 - 15oz cans of chili tomatos
- 1 - can of tomato juice 46fluid ounce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon more if desired
- - cheese and crackers for topping

Step 1Ground the beef up in a skillet adding salt and pepper to taste. While the beef is cooking add your bell pepper and half of the onion to the cooking beef. Brown until done and drain

Step 2Add drained beef mixture to a chili pot then add the packet of chili powder and jar of chili sauce stir. Add the chili or drained kidney beans and the cans of tomatoes. Stir. Add the can of tomato juice simmer for 10 or 15 minutes then add the cinnamon and simmer for another 15 or 20 minutes.

Step 3Put in bowls and top with the rest of the onion, cheese and crackers to desired likeness
