Ingredients
- 1 - oven roasting bag
- 6 pounds beef brisket
- 2 - 1 oz package dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke flavoring
- 3 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
How To Make oh so tender brisket

Step 1Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

Step 2Coat the inside of an oven roasting bag with flour. Lay bag in a broiling pan. Place brisket inside of bag. Pour liquid smoke over the brisket and sprinkle on garlic powder, dry onion soup mix, and ground black pepper. Pour in beef broth. Seal bag. Using a fork, make two sets of holes in the top of the roasting bag.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven for 7 to 8 hours.
