I lost my family recipe for meatloaf and had to come up with a new one. I hate chopping veggies so I made it easy on myself. It was very tasty and the family loved it. I hope you do, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 - lbs. ground beef
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 - cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 - cup ketchup
  • 1 - rounded tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 - tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - heaping tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1/2 - cup warm water
  • 1 - package liption onion soup mix

How To Make oh so easy meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Mix all the wet ingredients and spices in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into ground beef and turn with your fingers. Do not squeeze the meat. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and turn once again until thoroughly mixed.
  • Step 3
    Shape into an oval and place in a 13x9 pan. Frost with ketchup and bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes OR until temperature reaches 165 degrees with meat thermometer.
