This is so much fun. Our guests love the twists on traditional burgers that not only add variety, but also lighten the menu a little. I tend to cook too much, and am never disappointed by how well these are received as leftovers too.

How To Make not just for boys burger bar

  • Step 1
We are going to make an awesome burger bar with six different flavors of sliders. The lean beef sliders are meatball, ranch, and all-american. The chicken sliders are buffalo, bbq, and home-cookin'.
  • Step 2
Prepare the chicken for marinade by flattening the breasts with a mallet and cutting them into dinner-roll-sized pieces.
  • Step 3
Place 1/3 of the chicken in the 1/2 of the buffalo wing sauce in a zipper bag. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Use the rest of the sauce as a condiment.
  • Step 4
Lightly spray the rest of the chicken with cooking spray, or coat with vegetable oil.
  • Step 5
Coat 1/3 of the chicken with your favorite bbq rub. Place in zipper bag. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Step 6
Coat 1/3 of the chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning or seasoned salt and pepper. Place in zipper bag. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Step 7
Combine 1/3 of the ground sirloin with the ranch dressing mix. Mix well. Make dinner-roll-sized patties and refrigerate.
  • Step 8
Combine 1/3 of the ground sirloin with the onion soup mix and Worcestershire. Mix well. Make dinner-roll-sized patties and refrigerate.
  • Step 9
Combine 1/3 of the ground sirloin with the tomato paste, tomato sauce, and garlic. Make dinner-roll-sized patties and refrigerate.
  • Step 10
    Prepare the condiment bar.
  • Step 11
Grilling times will vary, but the slider-sized burgers will help reduce cooking time while satisfying a variety of tastes.
  • Step 12
    Have Fun!
