North African Peas & Meat

Somayah Anderson

Perfect Comfort Food!!! The Ras el Hanout is a must for this dish, and can usually be found in any middle eastern market. I love to add a small amount of Harissa to this dish which gives it a nice amount of heat, with the savory and hint of sweet from the spices. You can serve with rice if you wish, but the authentic way is to grab a chunk of bread and scoop it with your fingers, have fun, enjoy!!
