My daughter Noel is beautiful, creative and an amazing cook! She has been creating her own recipes and twists on recipes since she was 5 years old. This recipe is one that she created when she was 15 or 16 years old. Our family loves it! I hope your family will too! The link to Noel's Fresh Salsa
