How to Make No Peek Mystery Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients in pan with a tight fitting lid, such as a heavy dutch oven. Cover food with foil before covering with lid. Bake for 3 hours. DO NOT LIFT LID WHILE COOKING. Serve over rice or buttered noodles. NOTE: the theory for the gingerale is that the carbonation tenderizes the beef while the sweet spicy taste adds depth to the flavor. Enjoy! the only thing to cook is your rice, and you can add another side vegetable of your choice with only 20 minutes to prepare, your meal is complete! Nice for the fall and winter months.
