We found this recipe in a garage sale find. It took us awhile to getting around to making it, but I can't stress enough that this IS WONDERFUL! Think of all of your fondest memories of Mom's roast, then imagine it BETTER. That's this recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef roast, cubed
- 1 cup tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
- 3 - potatoes, chunked
- 3 - carrots, chunked
- 3 sticks celery, cut up
- 3 - onions, chopped
How To Make no-peek casserole

Step 1Put everything in a plastic baking bag. Seal tight; pierce a few holes in baking bag to let out steam. Put bag in roaster or large cake pan. Bake 5 hours at 250*F. DO NOT PEEK WHILE BAKING. Remove and serve hot.
