We found this recipe in a garage sale find. It took us awhile to getting around to making it, but I can't stress enough that this IS WONDERFUL! Think of all of your fondest memories of Mom's roast, then imagine it BETTER. That's this recipe.

    beef roast, cubed
  • 1 c
    tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt, to taste
  • ·
    pepper, to taste
  • 3
    potatoes, chunked
  • 3
    carrots, chunked
  • 3 stick
    celery, cut up
  • 3
    onions, chopped

How to Make No-Peek Casserole


  1. Put everything in a plastic baking bag. Seal tight; pierce a few holes in baking bag to let out steam. Put bag in roaster or large cake pan. Bake 5 hours at 250*F. DO NOT PEEK WHILE BAKING. Remove and serve hot.
