Throw it in the crockpot in the morning, turn it on low - will be ready to eat when you get home and your kitchen will smell soooooo good!

We love this served over egg noodles.

To make this without a crockpot. Mix all ingredients, cover and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.

envelope of onion soup mix
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
10 1/2 oz mushrooms
1/2 c
red cooking wine

How to Make Mom's Beef Stroganoff


  • 1In a crockpot add stew beef, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and red wine.
  • 2Drain can of mushrooms and add to mix.
  • 3Cook all day in crock pot. Serve over noodles or rice.
