Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin tips, stew meat, chuck roast or chuck eye, cubed
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 package lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup water or ginger ale soda

How To Make no peek beef tips

  • Step 1
    Add cubed meat to a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.
  • Step 3
    Add mushrooms and stir to coat. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 Hours.
  • Step 4
    Do not remove foil or peek until done.
  • Step 5
    Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
