  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1.5 ounces onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

How To Make no-mix meat loaf (makes its own gravy)

  • Step 1
    Form ground beef into loaf about 3\" high on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle soup mix on top.
  • Step 3
    Spread soup from can over the top.
  • Step 4
    Wrap foil loosely but seal tight.
  • Step 5
    Place on a baking sheet or in a shallow pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
