I got this recipe from a mechanic at a local Nissan Service Dept. Everybody loves it! And, best of all, no flatulence after eating it.
Instead of heating up the oven, I like to cook it in a crock pot on low setting and take it along to picnics, potlucks or for group lunches at work.
Cook on low heat without cover for about 3 hours or until it reaches the thickness you prefer
