This is our family's personal favorite for meatloaf. You absolutely cannot fail with this one, it is always moist and any leftovers make the best sandwiches.

Ingredients For no-fail meat loaf

1 lblean ground beef
-
1 smonions, small white chopped
-
1/2 cgreen bell pepper chopped
-
1egg
-
3/4 coatmeal, uncooked not instant

1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried
-
16 oztomato sauce reserve 8 oz for topping

3 Tbspworcestershire sauce
How To Make no-fail meat loaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Reserve 8 oz of tomato sauce for later use.

2Place in loaf pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.

3Remove from oven and remove foil. Top with remaining 8 oz of tomato sauce. Place back into oven, uncovered, and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes prior to slicing.
