This is our family's personal favorite for meatloaf. You absolutely cannot fail with this one, it is always moist and any leftovers make the best sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onions, small white chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked not instant
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 16 ounces tomato sauce reserve 8 oz for topping
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
How To Make no-fail meat loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Reserve 8 oz of tomato sauce for later use.

Step 2Place in loaf pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.

Step 3Remove from oven and remove foil. Top with remaining 8 oz of tomato sauce. Place back into oven, uncovered, and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes prior to slicing.
