This is our family's personal favorite for meatloaf. You absolutely cannot fail with this one, it is always moist and any leftovers make the best sandwiches.

1 lb
lean ground beef
1 small
onions, small white chopped
1/2 c
green bell pepper chopped
3/4 c
oatmeal, uncooked not instant
1 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
16 oz
tomato sauce reserve 8 oz for topping
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

How to Make No-fail Meat Loaf


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Reserve 8 oz of tomato sauce for later use.
  • 2Place in loaf pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
  • 3Remove from oven and remove foil. Top with remaining 8 oz of tomato sauce. Place back into oven, uncovered, and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes prior to slicing.
