Nicole's Marvelous Meatloaf
2 lbground beef
1 ccheez-it crackers (crushed) or garlic ritz for non-dairy
1 pkgonion soup mix (dry)
2 Tbspgarlic (minced) i used dried
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspno salt seasoning (i use they type you find at big lots or the dollar type stores)
1- 8 ozcan tomato sauce any flavor or v-8 juice
1 mediumred onion (diced)
2 Tbspjalapeno mustard (i use morehouse brand)
How to Make Nicole's Marvelous Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 375º
- Thoroughly mix ALL ingredients in a bowl.
- Place in an 8” or 9" square baking dish.
- Cook for 60 minutes (or until internal temperature is 165º). I like mine super "crusty" so I leave it in up to 30 minutes more.
- Let meatloaf rest for 15 minutes before serving.
